The 2020 Texas Trails and Active Transportation Conference will be held on
March 25 – 27 Rescheduled to October 14 – 16 at the El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel in San Antonio.
Students and Current Elected Officials may be eligible for full or partial scholarship assistance. If this may apply to you, please contact us or call 512-476-7433 before submitting your registration.
Sponsors/Exhibitors – enter the discount code you received via email and your full conference registration fee will be waived, as it is already included in your sponsor fee. If your code does not work, email our team and we will help you out.

Conference registration includes meals but not lodging.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancelled registrations are fully refundable through January 31, 2020. For registrations cancelled between February 1 and March 10, 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, on request. No refunds after March 10. Registrations are transferable until
March 25 October 8. Please be aware that we may not be able to honor meal requests (i.e. vegan instead of standard) on transferred registrations.
Please be patient as we adjust to our new October schedule date. We may ask you to re-confirm your attendance or cancellation.
