The 2020 Texas Trails and Active Transportation Conference will be held on March 25 – 27 at the El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel in San Antonio.

Sponsors/Exhibitors – enter the discount code you received via email and your full conference registration fee will be waived, as it is already included in your sponsor fee. Please note that all discount codes expire on February 28, 2020.
Conference registration includes meals but not lodging.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancelled registrations are fully refundable through January 31, 2020. For registrations cancelled between February 1 and March 10, 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, on request. No refunds after March 10. Registrations are transferable until March 25. Please be aware that we may not be able to honor meal requests (i.e. vegan instead of standard) on transferred registrations.

Exhibit spaces are first-come, first-served, and will sell out. It is strongly recommended that exhibitors register prior to December 31, 2019.
