The 2018 Texas Trails and Active Transportation Conference has ended. Keep a look out for information about our 2020 conference!

Attendee registration – From March 23 through April 27, full registration will be $500. Beginning on April 28, there will be a $50 surcharge on all registrations, including walkup registrations. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancelled registrations are fully refundable through March 15. For registrations cancelled between March 15 through April 18, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, on request. No refunds after April 18. Registrations are transferrable until the day of the conference. Please be aware that we may not be able to honor meal requests (i.e. vegan instead of standard) on transferred registrations.
